Managing Agent Health Check

Our health-check service is a unique approach to assessing the strengths and weaknesses of small to medium-sized managing agents.

The ‘health’ of a managing agent is an objective and subjective overview of:

  • Its ability to satisfy its customers

  • Morale amongst the staff

  • The efficiency of its processes and procedures

  • Its use of IT/proptech to organise, communicate, streamline, work remotely

  • Its adherence to regulation

  • Its membership of trade bodies

  • The strength of its foundations for growth

  • The quality of its workplaces

  • Its ability to turn a healthy profit

  • The quality of its online presence

  • The quality of its marketing material 

  • The size and quality of its supplier network

 

We limit the service to companies managing 3,000 units or fewer from one office location. It is ideally for smaller managing agents looking to expose weaknesses and risk, build their network and attract more new business. 

Two or three days in a managing agent’s offices with access to key staff is usually sufficient to build up a clear picture. A combination of anecdotal and factual information willingly passed to us will help to yield meaningful results that are presented in a useful report with an action plan.
